What to see & do in The Witterings
In and around The Witterings there are plenty of things to keep even the most active entertained. A variety of watersports, golf and dedicated cycle tracks are all locally accessible. On a sunny day, what could be nicer than whiling away the hours on one of our golden sandy beaches?

Travel just a little further for the South Downs (National Park status pending), Goodwood House & Motor Racing the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth, the open air Weald & Downland Museum, Arundel Castle, Parham House, or various National Trust Properties. Enthusiasts will enjoy the gardens at West Dean or Denmans.
Maybe the Sport of Kings is more to your taste - Horseracing can be enjoyed at both Goodwood and Fontwell, with regular meets throughout much of the year.
